Section 28 “Maltreatment”
It is termed maltreatment whenever a certain planet is hit by the beams of a malefic, including being enclosed by malefics. A planet is also maltreated when it is in a configuration to a malefic or is approaching a malefic, when a malefic is opposing it or superior to it, or if its sign-ruler is a poorly-placed malefic. It is also considered to be maltreatment when a planet itself is declining in one of the unproductive places.
